An Application Summary report will be generated during the submission of an application and when the application is approved. The submission report will show the information entered by the applicant during the application submission. The approved report will show the information reviewed and approved during the application process. Application Summary reports will be available on In Review and Approved grids for each business area by clicking the Related Documents link at the end of the application, license, or permit row.

 

The report will be viewable and need to be signed during the application process.
