Search for CPL Submissions

 

To search for a CPL Submission, enter the name of a Wholesaler you would like to search for.

You may also select a Submission Type and a Pricing Period from the dropdowns to narrow your search.

 

 

 

Click on to return to the initial search screen.

 

Click on a CPL Submission to see its details.

 

 

Payment and Submission

For more information on how to pay fees and submit the application for processing see the Payment page.

If there are no fees, acknowledge the disclaimer and press the Submit Application button.

After the Application has been submitted a confirmation page will be shown.
