This is the Petitions menu. Here, you can manage your petitions for relief and amendments to granted relief terms

Click Apply for Relief to start a new petition application.

Click Apply for Petition Amendment to start a new petition amendment application.

 

 

 

PETITION DRAFTS

Any petition applications or amendments that have been started but not submitted yet.

 

 

PETITIONS IN REVIEW

Applications and amendments that have been submitted and are being processed by the state. Related Documents link will be available by clicking the Document image at the end of the row.

 

 

APPROVED PETITION TERMS

Licenses where relief terms have been granted.

You can click View Details to see a brief details about the license.

 

 

DENIED PETITIONS

Applications where relief was denied or requested amendments were denied.
